Every Kerr Custom Knife is sold on a first come first serve basis. This knives listed "for sale" on this site are updated on a regular basis and we try to keep the listing as current as possible. However, knives shown may not be available and there may be knives available that are not listed yet. If you see a knife on our site that has been sold, we can make a similar knife for you. Each knife is custom made and there are variations even in knives of similar design.
Upon receipt of your order, we will send you a tracking number and approximate delivery date. Most order are shipped within a few working days of receipt of payment excluding holidays or events such as knife shows that will keep us out of the office. Shipping charges may vary depending on your order. Expedited shipping and overnight shipping may or may not be available for your order.
Custom Knife orders will require a 50% non-refundable deposit with the remainder due prior to shipping of the knife.
In stock knives require full payment prior to shipping.
All payments will be made in US dollars. If paying by check, your knife will be shipped once the funds have cleared.
Kerr Custom Knives stands behind all of our products. We guarantee all of our blades with a full replacement policy. If the blade fails under normal use we will make you a new one. Because of the nature of some of the exotic natural materials used in the handles, we will only replace the handles if the problem is due to some defect in the manufacturing of the knife.
You must be at least 18 years of age to order merchandise from Kerr Custom Knives. It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the possession, and or use, of any item purchased. We are unable to provide refunds in the event that the package that you have ordered was seized by customs or other agencies. Consult your local and state laws before ordering if you are in doubt. We do not take orders for knives that will be shipped outside the United States.
